TWG FIFA Games 2026 is the public event hub for a community fundraiser run by The Wealthy Group. Net proceeds support foster youth via CASA. The site lets community members RSVP, sign up to volunteer, and lets the organizing team coordinate logistics for the day of the event.

• Volunteer sign-ups: name, email, phone, availability, T-shirt size, and the crew roles you're interested in.
• RSVPs: name, email, and party size for headcount planning.
• Email preferences: if you unsubscribe, we record that so we don't email you again.

We don't ask for or store payment information, government IDs, or other sensitive personal data on this site.

• Coordinate volunteer crews, shifts, and day-of logistics.
• Send event-related confirmations and updates to people who signed up.
• Estimate headcount, supplies, and food truck planning.

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Volunteer and RSVP details are visible to the TWG event-organizing team for the purpose of running this event. The public site only shows aggregate counts (e.g. how many volunteers a crew has) — never names, emails, or phone numbers of attendees or sign-ups.

Transactional emails (sign-up confirmations, event updates) are sent through our backend email service. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honored automatically.

The site is built and hosted on Lovable, using Lovable Cloud (Supabase) for the database and authenticated backend functions. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. The Wealthy Group is responsible for how data is used within this app; Lovable provides the underlying platform.

Volunteer and RSVP data is kept while it's useful for organizing this event and future Wealthy Group community events. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us using the email below.
